  • Are there any precautions before use?

    Due to its high thermal conductivity, please be cautious especially during the brewing process.
  • What is the difference between DROBI One and Vietnamese Phin?

    - DROBI ONE uses a special triple layer mash filter.
    - Vietnam Phin requires pressing or stirring the coffee beans to extract,
     but DROBI One uses a general pour-over method.
  • How should I clean my DROBI One brewer?

    All products are pre-washed with an ultrasonic cleaning upon shipping.
    ① Dishwasher : DBROBI One product is dishwater safe.
    ② Without dishwasher

    Apply a small amount of cooking oil to a kitchen towel and clean the product.
    Add some vinegar and a baking soda to warm water and boil it for 10 minutes.
    Let it cool down and gently clean the product.
    Wipe the product with a dry towel after washing with water to avoid any stains left on the product.

    * For mesh filter, clean it with a neutral detergent in running water to use for a long time.
    because the rim of the mesh filter is made out of aluminum.
  • How many years does a DROBI One last?

    This product is made out of stainless steel and has excellent durability that will last a lifetime,
    which is also sustainable and eco-friendly. You may purchase additional mesh filters
    depending on your preferences.
  • I don’t hear a clicking sound when inserting the mesh net. Is it correctly inserted?

    To minimize the bypass and passing coffee particles,
    the ‘force fit’ method is adapted, and the mold was manufactured with almost no tolerance.
  • I don’t have a scale, how do I measure?

    It takes approximately 16g-20g of coffee grounds to cover the bottom of the ‘Middle’ component.
    You can pour water up to 250ml into the ‘Middle’ component after packing the coffee grounds.
    Considering the average coffee extraction speed, you can pour 250ml of water at once without overflowing.
